Personal Training Services

Pay Per Session:

Individuals: $25/30mins    or     $40/Hour
Groups (up to 3): $30/30mins   or    $50/Hour

Packages: 

I understand that the fitness industry has had a pay per session model for many years but I don’t believe in it for 2 reasons.

1. It limits the client on the training they should actually be receiving; a client will benefit more by seeing me more often and being held accountable.  Clients rarely buy 3 sessions per week even if they need it, because it is pricey. 

2. It doesn't guarantee me work or a client. I can’t regulate the length of time between each session you book, and as I lose touch with seeing you because you have skipped sessions you lose in training. How do I know now if you plan to stick with a program so I can help you? I want to keep my clients accountable at reasonable prices so I can see them more frequently ensuring my job security and purpose as well.

I know I can help you if you commit a month at a time for a very reasonable price:
Individuals: $200/Month   or   $100/every two weeks   -Whatever payment method is best for you
Groups (up to 3):  $300/Month   or   $150/every two weeks  -Group members must have similar goals

Whats Included:   
                   *   6-12 Personal Training Sessions based on your need.
                Examples: 12(30 min) / 2(1-hour) & 8(30-min) / 3(1-hour) & 6(30-min) / 4(1-hour)
                 & 4(30-min) / 5(1-hour) & 2(30-min) / 6(1-hour)
                  *   1 personal Meal Plan –Will change as needed, with the next month's assessment
                  *   1 Grocery store walk through –If you want or need it.
                  *   1 (4 week) at home workout plan  –Changes monthly with the next month's assessment       
               *Monthly progress photos and measurements


How does it work:
Your month begins the date of payment. On that day we will set your monthly sessions according to your need and schedule the entire month. Session changes or cancellations must be done 12 hours in advance, since my days are scheduled around client sessions, last minute changes put me in a bind. A training location will also be set up at that time, Whether you prefer home training with my equipment or a gym I have access to, I can make it happen but I will drive not more than 15 minutes to a training location. I will get your measurements, take photos, and have your training and meal plan prepared within 3 days.

If purchased separately this package is valued at $400/individuals   $510/groups
