Here are a spice options you can use to achieve yummy FLAVOR:
All spices are dried unless otherwise noted.
Chili Mix:
1 tsp Parsley1 tsp Basil
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Minced Garlic
Creole:
1 1/2 T Paprika1/2 tbsp Pepper
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 tbsp Thyme
1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Basil, .5 t Oregano
1/2 tsp Chili Powder, .5 t Cumin
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/8 tsp Ground Mustard.
Cuban:
3 tsp of Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Lime Zest
1/2 tsp Parsley
Greek:
1 tsp Oregano1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp flakes
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Italian:
1/2 tsp Basil1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Mexican:
1 tsp Cumin1 tsp Ground Onion
1 tsp Oregano
1/2c Fresh Cilantro
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Moroccan:
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin

Poultry:
4 tsp thyme
4 tsp marjoram
1 1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp ground black pepper

These are just a few I use, I do have more but as I need to refine the measurements. Then I will post them! :)
